This Privacy Policy applies to the following applications by piodev:

Applications may be displayed under different localized titles depending on the user's language settings on Google Play. All localized versions refer to the same applications identified by their package names listed above.

> 1. Data We Collect

Our applications collect only data necessary for proper operation:

• Technical data: Device model, operating system and version, application version, random device identifier (e.g. UUID)
• App usage data: Game results, gameplay statistics, game progress
• Personal data: Not collected automatically. Personal data may only be provided voluntarily by the user (e.g. via email contact)

Applications do not collect personal data automatically, unless you consent to it.

> 2. Purpose of Data Processing

Collected data is used solely for:

• Ensuring proper operation of the application
• Saving game progress
• Improving gameplay and user experience
• Diagnosing and fixing technical issues
• Displaying ads and rewards (if the application uses ads)

The data is not used to identify individual users.

> 3. Advertising and Third-Party Services

Some of our applications may use Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may collect and process the following data:

• Device advertising identifier (Advertising ID)

This data may be used by Google to personalize advertisements shown to the user. Not all applications use advertising. If an application does not currently display ads, this section does not apply to that application.

Advertisements displayed in our applications may be personalized based on your interests, app usage, and device information. You can opt out of personalized advertising at any time through your device settings:

• Android: Settings → Google → Ads → "Delete advertising ID" or "Opt out of Ads Personalization"
• iOS: Settings → Privacy → Apple Advertising → disable "Personalized Ads"

Please note that opting out of personalized ads does not reduce the number of ads shown; it only means the ads will be less relevant to your interests.

> 3b. Tracking Technologies

Our applications do not use cookies. However, third-party services such as Google AdMob may use advertising identifiers and similar tracking technologies on your device to deliver and measure advertisements. These identifiers can be managed or reset through your device settings as described above.

> 4. Data Sharing

User data is not sold and is not shared with third parties, with the exception of:

• Advertising partners: If the application displays ads, advertising partners may collect technical device data for ad personalization
• Legal authorities: If required by law (e.g. court orders)

We use appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect data against unauthorized access, loss, and alteration:

• Encryption during data transmission (if applicable)
• Access to data is limited to authorized persons only

Our applications may store game progress and settings locally on your device. This data is not transmitted to any server and remains only on your device.

Our applications are not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
