These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to mobile applications developed and published by piodev on Google Play. By installing or using our applications, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the applications.

> 1. Entertainment Purposes Only

Our applications are games created purely for entertainment. Any content that resembles fortune-telling, horoscopes, numerology, predictions, or similar themes is fictional and presented for fun only. It does not constitute advice of any kind (medical, financial, legal, or otherwise) and should not be used as a basis for real-life decisions.

> 2. Fan-Made Content

Our quiz applications are independent trivia games covering many topics (mythology, general knowledge, geography, popular books, and more). Some content packs reference popular books or fantasy series — such content is unofficial and fan-made, and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any book publisher, film studio, or rights holder. All questions and descriptions are written in our own words. Any trademarks referenced in user-facing content remain the property of their respective owners.

> 3. Virtual Items and In-Game Currency

Applications may offer virtual items or in-game currency (earned in gameplay, through optional rewarded ads, or purchased via Google Play's billing system). Virtual items:

• are licensed for use within the application only — they are not your property;
• have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for money;
• are non-transferable between users, devices, or applications;
• may be lost if you uninstall the application or clear its data (progress is stored locally on your device).

Purchases are processed by Google Play; refunds are handled according to Google Play's refund policy.

> 4. Rewarded Ads

Watching rewarded ads is always optional and requires your explicit choice. Rewards are virtual in-game items only. Availability of ads is not guaranteed and may depend on your region and ad inventory.

> 5. Local Multiplayer

Some applications include a local multiplayer mode over Wi-Fi. You are responsible for the nickname you choose and for using the mode in a respectful way toward other players. The connection is limited to your local network; we do not operate game servers and have no access to the sessions.

> 6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• modify, decompile, or reverse-engineer the applications, except where permitted by law;
• use cheats, exploits, or automation to gain unfair advantage;
• use the applications in any unlawful manner.

> 7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The applications are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect damages arising from the use of the applications.

> 8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be published on this page. Continued use of the applications after changes means acceptance of the updated Terms.

Information about data handling can be found in our Privacy Policy.
